It depends on where the blockage is and what is causing it. A blocked sink trap is a quick job. A sewer line full of tree roots takes longer and needs different gear. Tell us what is happening and we will price it before we start.
For a slow sink it sometimes helps. For anything past the trap it usually does not, because the product never reaches the blockage. It also sits in the line afterwards, so tell us if you have used one before we open anything up.
